The main problem that I encountered with the chemotaxis program was getting the bacteria image to turn red when the bacteriophage was near it to indicate infection (A bacteriophage is a virus that only infects bacteria). I fixed this by increasing the area in which the bacteriophage needed be relative to the bacteria in order for the "infection" to happen. Click here to reset the animation.
